We have our own ‘Peanut Butter Falcon Approach’ to care! We use this name as the message in the film ‘The Peanut Butter Falcon’ shows a passionate, dignified approach to care and shares the same values we hold at The Local Care Group.

Yes, we are compliant in this area. Yes, we do full enhanced DBS checks. Yes, we have an extensive interview process, and yes we have full inductions. But what we really want you to know is to join our team you have to have umption in your gumption! We recruit people with drive and the right attitude. - We create personalised training and well being plans for our staff
Our training plans vary for each staff member based on their skill level. We ensure the training they receive is right for their role and based on our company values. We treat our staff like family and ensure their well being is priority.

We do not believe you can visit an individual and deliver safe care in less than this time. - We stay small and keep it personal
We only grow if we are in a position to do so. Our whole management team and owners know and support all the people who use our services, and our aim is to keep it this way.
