Amy also has Train the Trainer qualifications, enabling her to educate and empower others in the field. Her commitment to quality care includes specialised training, such as Complex Care Training for advanced moving and handling techniques. With NVQs at Levels 2 and 3, she has successfully mentored both junior and senior carers, creating a skilled team.
