With decades of experience and a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care Management, she possesses a deep understanding of exceptional care delivery. Amy also has Train the Trainer qualifications, enabling her to educate and empower others in the field. Her commitment to quality care includes specialised training, such as Complex Care Training for advanced moving and handling techniques. With NVQs at Levels 2 and 3, she has successfully mentored both junior and senior carers, creating a skilled team. By partnering with Amy and our care group, you’re choosing a leader committed to the highest standards of care and the well-being of your loved ones. Charlotte, a dedicated manager at our local care group, brings decades of invaluable experience to the team. With her Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care Management and multiple "Train the Trainer" certifications, she is exceptionally equipped to lead and inspire.
