Charlotte was new to The Local Care Group in 2023. Her care planning, risk assessment and team management skills have proven to make a significant positive impact throughout our service. Since joining Charlotte has been enrolled on to her Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management. Charlotte enjoys spending time outside of work with her horses, often competing in competitions with her children.
