I just wanted to thank the team who looked after my sister. The care you give her is outstanding. I saw that you treated her with dignity, respect, kindness, and compassion.

At an extremely difficult time, I’m sure she felt supported and reassured by your presence. It’s a cliche, but your team really did go the extra mile and supported not only my sister but her family, too. They liaised with professionals and had her best interests front and foremost. They showed they cared but were never patronising and always made sure my sister’s wishes and feelings were respected and maintained appropriate professional boundaries at all times.
